Built to eliminate one of the most common frustrations of adjustable benches—the seat-to-back pad gap—this bench features a true zero-gap design using a linear bearing and pull-pin adjustment system to maintain flawless positioning at every angle.
With 7 back pad angles ranging from flat to 90° and 5 seat pad positions including decline, this bench supports an enormous range of exercises including presses, rows, shoulder work, split squats, and core training. The integrated ab leg roller attachment adds even more versatility for decline sit-ups and leg-supported movements.
Manufactured from 100 × 50 mm and 75 × 50 mm rectangular 3 mm thick steel, the frame delivers a massive 450 kg load capacity, making it suitable for the strongest lifters. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
