Here’s everything you need to know about dispatch times, delivery options, pricing, and click & collect. If you’re unsure which service your order will ship on, just get in touch — we’ll help.

Dispatch & delivery times

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Once dispatched, delivery is typically 2–3 working days for Mainland UK orders.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or courier delays outside of our control.

Delivery methods

Parcels (up to 30kg)

  • Sent via DPD or FedEx
  • Fully tracked
  • Delivered to your address

Pallet deliveries (heavy or bulk orders)

  • Shipped via Pallet Line
  • Typically next working day once dispatched
  • Used for large equipment and all flooring orders

Pallet delivery information

  • Booking may be required: pallet deliveries may need to be booked in with you before delivery.
  • Kerbside delivery: pallets are delivered to the kerbside unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please ensure there is suitable access for a large delivery vehicle.

Saturday pallet delivery

Saturday pallet delivery is available by request. Additional charges apply — pricing is POA (Price on Application).


Collection / Click & Collect

  • Collections can usually be arranged within 1 hour of order confirmation.
  • Please contact us and wait for confirmation before travelling to ensure your order is ready.
  • Valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required on collection.

Non-Mainland UK deliveries

The prices and lead times listed above apply to Mainland UK only. The following locations will incur additional charges and longer lead times:

  • Scottish Highlands
  • Northern Ireland
  • British Isles (including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, etc.)
