Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Once dispatched, delivery is typically 2–3 working days for Mainland UK orders.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or courier delays outside of our control.

Due to weight and pallet shipping requirements, flooring orders have separate delivery pricing:

Delivery Methods

Parcels (Up to 30KG)

  • Sent via DPD or FedEx
  • Fully tracked
  • Delivered to your address

Pallet Deliveries (Heavy or Bulk Orders)

  • Shipped via Pallet Line
  • Typically a next working day service once dispatched
  • Used for large equipment and all flooring orders

Pallet Delivery Information

  • Booking may be required: pallet deliveries may need to be booked in with you before delivery.
  • Kerbside delivery: pallets are delivered to the kerbside unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please ensure there is suitable access for a large delivery vehicle.

Saturday Pallet Delivery

  • Saturday pallet delivery is available by request.
  • Additional charges apply – pricing is POA (Price on Application).

Collection / Click & Collect

We offer collection from our warehouse for customers who prefer to pick up their order in person.

  • Collections can usually be arranged within 1 hour of order confirmation.
  • Please contact us and wait for confirmation before travelling to ensure your order is ready.
  • Valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required on collection.

Non-Mainland UK Deliveries

The delivery prices and lead times listed above apply to Mainland UK only. The following locations will incur additional delivery charges and longer lead times:

  • Scottish Highlands
  • Northern Ireland
  • British Isles (including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, etc.)

  • Failed deliveries due to missed appointments, incorrect address details, or access restrictions may incur additional charges.
  • If your address has delivery restrictions, please notify us prior to ordering.
